OPINION AND ANALYSIS: Our Opinions and Analysis section contains opinions and analysis from some of the best contributors at Yaaams.org We periodically change content here to feature items that are not necessarily the most recent but we think are of special interest to our visitors.
THE SYSTEMS: The Systems section, which contains virtually all the Cyrus and Murray Systems. (Black Ratings System, News Coverage Levels, Racism Phases, Police Brutality Stages, Color Code, Black Mentality Meter, Stereotype Guidelines.) Yaaams.org uses the systems to analysis the media. Here users can have a better understanding of how we compile some of our data.
THE RESEARCH: Perhaps the biggest change is the new Yaaams.org RESEARCH INSTITUTE, use to measure and analyze the media on a continuing basis. The Institute examines all media outlets. Studies and Reports on Television Shows, Television Characters, Movie Characters, Sports Commentators, Newscasters. This Data is updated and released every month.
EBONI “SISTER GIRL” EVERS MOVIE REVIEWS: Done by Eboni” Sister Girl”Evers. This is an analysis and evaluation of films that have a major reference of information pertaining to Black People. This is not a review of a film to have an important impact on whether people decide to see the film. It is a breakdown of a film to show exactly how Hollywood operates when it comes to its treatment of Black-Theme Movies, Black Characters or lack of Black Characters. An old or new film is chosen once a month.
SPECIAL FEATURES: This section includes special interest stuff. This may focus on something outside the media. Updated periodically
RESOURCES: This section highlights content that many people are looking for, apart from our latest studies or data. We include information on books, websites, organizations, and documentaries about the Media.
